Aurora is a biotechnology company based in Cambridge, Massachusetts commercializing cutting-edge cancer immunotherapy drugs in FDA human clinical trials. Aurora's portfolio includes: MX-225, an autologous P53 dendritic cell vaccine that completed two Phase IIa trials in Small Cell Lung Cancer (SCLC), and recurring breast cancer. The company is planning a Phase II SCLC combination trial with MX-225 and a PD-1 antibody and developing a car-t therapy. Another one of Aurora's drugs in clinic is MX-402 - a unique B-cell epitope HER-2 Peptide vaccine that had showed safety and strong signals of efficacy in an interim Phase I trial.
